The one-day event focused on HPV, including molecular biology of the HPV, HPV in newborns and children, anal papillomas, auxiliary techniques in Pap test diagnosis, and treatment of patients with HPV-related lesions based on risk assessment; breast conditions, including breast cytology and 6 interesting case studies; on-site cytology in EBUS and EUS rooms; molecular techniques in cytology; and investigation of metastatic carcinomas of unknown primary site.
