The Company created the Department of Investor Relations in the context of observing the quality criteria of listed companies, the new Corporate Governance regulations and the existing legislative framework (L. 3016/2002, No 6) based on the Code of Ethics of Listed Companies.

The Investor Relations Department forges a relationship of trust between the Company and the investors, underpinned on direct and equal information. Prompt, clear and transparent information on financial data, business developments, the Group’s strategy and objectives will determine the department’s effectiveness. The Department’s main role is the two-way communication between Management, Listed Company and Investors, the Supervisory Authorities and other stakeholders.

The Investor Relations Department mission is to display a precise picture of the Group, offering investors continuous flow of current information and depicting the Company’s future perspectives both at local and international level, on all issues being of interest to the Listed Company. The Investor Relations Department supports corporate governance in:

Offering Valid-Prompt and Thorough Disclosure of details on all issues relevant to the enterprise.
Guaranteeing equal treatment of shareholders.
Offering consistency, publishing financial statements and information, which is complete, true and comprehensible to investors.
Recognizing shareholders’ rights, as stipulated by the legislation in force and encourages the right of equal and effective participation in Shareholders’ General Meetings.
Determining the company’s unfailing compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.

The Department of Investor Relations, pursuant to L. 3016/2002(No 6.para 2a) includes the Corporate Announcements service.”
