The experiences, observations, and suggestions of our patients and their families are a vital source of information for the continuous improvement of our services.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to share your experience, submit a comment, a suggestion for improvement, or a complaint regarding the care or services you received, you can contact us:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"pg-check\">\n<li>By email at: <a href=\"mailto:feedback@hygeia.gr\">feedback@hygeia.gr<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Via the hospital\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hygeia.gr\/en\/patients\/mas-endiaferei-h-gnomi-sas\/\">online form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>By scanning the QR code at the locations marked \u201cYOUR FEEDBACK HELPS US IMPROVE\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All reports are recorded, evaluated, and investigated by the Quality Department in collaboration with the relevant hospital departments.<\/p>\n<p>Submitting a comment or complaint in no way affects the quality, availability, or continuity of the care provided to the patient, either during the current visit or during any future visit or hospitalization at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>To allow for a formal investigation and a response from the Administration, you must provide your contact information.
