You have the right to access the information contained in your medical record, as well as to receive information regarding the care and treatment you received during your hospitalization.<\/p>\n
To protect medical confidentiality, information and documents are provided only to the patient or to a legally authorized representative.<\/p>\n
You have the right to access your medical record and obtain copies of it during your hospitalization. During this period, copies are provided by the Nursing Floor Secretariat, in consultation with and under the supervision of your attending physician, particularly to ensure the completeness and finalization of the medical records and test results available at the time of your request.<\/p>\n
After your discharge, you may request copies of your medical record and the diagnostic tests performed during your hospitalization. If you need copies of your medical records during your hospitalization, you should contact your attending physician so that the necessary documents can be provided for the purpose for which you need them.<\/p>\n
The request can be submitted through the reception desk on your hospital floor, directly to the Medical Records Department, or via email through the gov.gr portal. Copies may be picked up by the patient in person upon presentation of identification or by an authorized representative.<\/p>\n
