Hygeia Hospital: Awarded for its exceptional workplace conditions for a 3rd time (2018)
HYGEIA has become the only hospital in Greece to receive an award for its positive work environment for a 3rd time, as it was ranked among the top companies listed as Best Workplaces 2018.
The survey – conducted in Greece by the Great Place to Work® Institute Hellas, with the academic assistance of the ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece – ranked HYGEIA Hospital 5th in terms of its workplace conditions in the category of companies with over 250 employees.
HYGEIA achieved this distinction following a survey that included 49 companies with a total of 22,300 salaried employees. Note that the companies are awarded mainly based on answers provided by the employees themselves.
The survey examines and evaluates the following 5 main parameters with regard to workplace conditions, as defined by the Great Place to Work methodology:
- Credibility by the Management.
- Respect towards the employees.
- Sense of justice within the company.
- Sense of pride felt by the employees.
- Camaraderie among the employees.
