Information

The Reception is located on the ground level of the Hospital. Please proceed to it to receive information about your doctor, the department you are interested in, or directions on how to get there.

A ramp and a restroom for people with disabilities are also located on the ground level (4th floor).

Bank

There is a Eurobank branch as well as three ATMs on the ground level. The ATMs are connected to the DIAS interbanking system and offer the possibility of withdrawals and deposits 24/7.

Chapel

A chapel is located on the HYGEIA Hospital premises, next to the Security station, for anyone wishing to pray. As with all places of worship, utter respect for the premises is a must. The outdoor area in front of the Hospital is also a relaxing place where patients may received visitors, friends and relatives.

Security

We have developed and implement a comprehensive Risk & Emergency Management Plan at HYGEIA, and all staff have been trained to deal with emergencies. The emergency exits are clearly marked, while special signs and emergency exit diagrams are posted throughout the Hospital. In addition, all departments are equipped with fire safety and protection systems.

Visitors

What applies for visiting patients:

One carer or visitor per patient whose name has been written by the attending physician in the patient’s file.
The carer or visitor, in order to enter the hospital, must be asymptomatic.

All carers are required to wear a mask and remain in the patient’s room throughout their visit.

Νotice!

Smoking, alcohol consumption and the use of narcotic substances are strictly prohibited.
Children under 12 are not allowed to enter the Hospital.
Cars may enter the Hospital premises only to pick up or drop off patients.
