Indirect Ophthalmoscope (LIO) Premiere is an optical system projects an aiming and treatment laser beam delivered from the laser via a fiber optic cable. The laser focuses on the blood vessels surrounding and supplying the tumour, destroying them by heating them.

Used alone or combined with other treatments is effective in the treatment of retinoblastoma and in other ocular tumours.
