1st Surgical Department

The 1st Surgical Clinic specialises in Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery of digestive diseases (of the Stomach, small and large intestine) as well as in the Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery of  the abdominal wall and diaphragmatic hernias.

It also has a wealth of experience in Stomach-Liver-Pancreatic Oncological Surgery as well as in the surgical management of rare abdominal and soft tissue tumours (such as sarcomas and melanomas).

The surgeons of the 1st Surgical Clinic work together as a team and each and every one of them has a profound specialisation in particular domains of Surgery, so that they can cover the entire spectrum of General Surgery with scientific adequacy and excellence.

Mr Chrysoheris has an American Board of Surgery certification and he has license to practice general surgery in the USA.

Mr Tzardis is the former Chief of the 1st Department of Surgery of the Hellenic Red Cross Hospital.
