I am a former hospital administrator in the Washington DC (USA) area for a major hospital system and now work as a health care consultant in the business sector. In addition, for numerous sports-related injuries, I have been an inpatient in US hospitals for 21-25 days over the years. I say that because I believe that HYGEIA as hospital, including medical and nursing/tech staff, rivals the top US hospitals in quality of care and patient experience. Excellent marks for both. MPF
