Your Care

If you wish, private nursing care services are available during your hospitalization. Private nurses are self-employed professionals who work in cooperation with HYGEIA Hospital and meet all applicable legal and hospital requirements.

To use these services, you are required to complete a relevant written request form, which can be obtained from the Admissions Office or from the nursing staff on your ward.

Private nurses are required to issue receipts for their services. These receipts must be validated by the Hospital before your discharge so that they can be submitted to the relevant organization or insurance provider, where applicable.

If you choose to employ a caregiver or another individual directly for your care, you are required to issue an “ergosimo” (employment voucher) to ensure that the services are provided legally.
