1st Hygeia Endosurgical Course 2026: International Scientific and Educational Course on Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy and Endoscopic Surgery

Significant developments and the latest techniques in the fields of therapeutic endoscopy and endoscopic surgery will be at the forefront of the 1st Hygeia Endosurgical Course 2026, taking place from 23 to 25 October 2026 at the “N. Louros” Conference Centre of HYGEIA Hospital in Athens.

The international educational course is organized by the IN CREM (International IN-CREM Endoscopic Microsurgery) Department of HYGEIA, under the direction of Dr Zacharias P. Tsiamoulos, Gastroenterologist and Director of the IN CREM Department of Endoscopic Microsurgery, in collaboration with HEAL Academy and the ARSGE (Arab Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy), under the auspices of the ESGE (European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy) and the Hellenic Society of Gastroenterology.

The 1st Hygeia Endosurgical Course 2026 is a high-level scientific and educational forum for gastroenterologists, surgeons, trainees, nurses and healthcare professionals with a specialized interest in advanced and therapeutic endoscopy and contemporary endoscopic techniques.

Focusing on the management of complex gastrointestinal diseases, the scientific programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical training through interactive lectures and multidisciplinary discussions, Live Endoscopy Cases, and Hands-on Training.

The Course will bring together distinguished experts and faculty members from leading centres across the United States, Japan, India and Europe, creating an international environment for the exchange of knowledge and expertise. The participation of internationally recognized speakers is expected to further strengthen the educational value of the Course, providing participants with the opportunity to engage directly with current international practices in advanced therapeutic endoscopy.
